Established in 1993, Al Samhouri exchange company started as small branch in
downtown Amman by brothers
Emad Hamdi Al Samhouri the chairman and Ahmad Hamdi Al Samhouri the
general manager.
After three years of success, the company relocated to
Swefieh, known as Amman's famous commercial area and remained the companies main branch until this day.
Over the 16 years, Al Samhouri Exchange continued to expand and now has six branches servicing several major commercial zones in
the capital. The first
branch was opened in Mecca mall in 2004, a year after opening this
branch another one was opened next to the Jordanian University in order
to serve the huge number of different Arab and Foreign students, a year
later a forth branch was opened in the Eastern of the capital in Marka ,
and 2007 al Madeenah al Monawarh branch was opened as this
zone is a strategic business area in Amman, the sixth and latest branch being the Abdoun branch which was opened in 2009.
The company is now planning to expand outside the Capital Amman by opening branches in two tourists destinations (Dead sea and Aqaba). We maintain strong relations with many other exchange companies around
the world and are in contstant look-out for up to date services that it can offer it's customers; Always
aiming to make new deals and agreements with the other companies and foreign
agents.
Services of the company include issuing draft cheques to most
countries in the world including ( India, Bangladesh, Egypt) ,
traveler's cheques, swift transfers, western union, travellex money
transactions, express money transactions, fast cash money transactions,
instant cash, easy remit, I remit transactions and buying and
selling different of foreign currencies.
So now and after all years Al Samhouri exchange company celebrates 16
years full of success and hard work and will continue in this path.
What we always look for is the progressing in all technology and
services in order to satisfy our costumers demands and offer them the
best in everything.
By the year of 2007 the company achieved more than 200,000 transfers and
served more than 700,000 costumers ,
And our correspondents are increasing to cover most of the countries in
the whole world.
